These terms apply to all purchases made through BrightBow Learning (brightbowlearning.com). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before buying.


Digital Products and Instant Delivery

All BrightBow Learning products are digital. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to your files or course content through the delivery method specified at checkout. Delivery methods may include a direct download link, an emailed access link, or access through the BrightBow Learning course platform.

Because all products are delivered digitally, there is no physical item to return.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from BrightBow Learning are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are issued after purchase.

This policy applies to all products, including:

  • Audio courses

  • Companion workbooks and PDF materials

  • Reference cards and supplemental resources

  • Bundled product packages

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the product description and understand what you are buying.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact BrightBow Learning within 7 days of your purchase date.

Include your order confirmation and a description of the issue. Verified technical failures on BrightBow Learning's end will be resolved promptly, either through a corrected delivery or an alternative access method.

Technical support does not constitute a refund policy and does not extend to situations where a product has been delivered successfully.

Intended Use and Licensing

All BrightBow Learning products are licensed for the individual purchaser's personal and professional use. Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, your license includes:

  • Personal use by the individual purchaser

  • Use in facilitated learning sessions within one organization

Your purchase does not include:

  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files with individuals outside your organization

  • Use across multiple sites, campuses, or organizations under a single individual license

  • Modification or republication of BrightBow Learning content in any form

  • Facilitation, teaching, or delivery of this content — in whole or in part — to any external audience, or in any commercial or compensated context, regardless of whether materials are distributed

Intellectual Property

All content within BrightBow Learning products, including the Bowline Framework, course materials, audio recordings, written guides, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of BrightBow Learning and is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any BrightBow Learning content without written permission.

Accuracy of Product Descriptions

BrightBow Learning takes care to accurately describe all products before purchase. If you have questions about a product before buying, please reach out at amanda@brightbowlearning.com. Questions are welcome and encouraged.

Changes to These Terms

BrightBow Learning reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Purchases made prior to an update are governed by the terms in place at the time of purchase.
