You know psychological safety matters. But when the session plan is full and the clock is already tight, it's usually the first thing that gets cut, condensed, or assumed into existence.
That's a design problem, and it shows up in the room whether you planned for it or not. Learners who don't feel safe to not-know, to ask, to be wrong, or to push back don't engage with new material the way the design intends. The content can be solid and the session can run smoothly and the transfer still won't happen, because the conditions for it were never actually built.
Building Psychological Safety in Adult Learning Spaces is a research-grounded course that gives you a framework for designing safety into the structure of a learning experience, not as a warm-up activity or a values statement, but as a design requirement that shapes how you sequence, facilitate, and close.
The course set includes a Start Here guide to orient you before you begin, audio and video access links, a companion workbook designed to work alongside the course and function on its own, and a reference card built for returning to after the course ends.
A facilitator set is available separately for $47, and includes the facilitator guide, slide deck, session planner, and learner resource. If you're planning to run this material with a live group, complete the course as a learner first. The facilitator set is designed to extend that experience, not replace it.
